Style matters: We look for current women’s fashion in sizes 0–26, featuring the styles our customers love most.
✨ Condition counts: The best pieces to sell are often the ones you rarely reached for — or never wore at all. We purchase items in like-new or brand-new condition (tags preferred) so that our customers can always shop the very best.
🧺 Presentation helps: Please bring items that are floor-ready — freshly laundered, neatly folded, clean, free of odors, and wrinkle-free. For space and processing, we can accept:
- 🧺 One laundry basket (up to 1.5 bushels)
- 📦 One bin (48 quarts or smaller)
- 🛍 Two small reusable grocery totes (grocery store size)
- 🛒 Or one medium reusable shopping bag from retailers such as TJ Maxx or HomeGoods
💎 We can also process up to 10 pieces of costume jewelry per buy. To keep them safe and untangled, please place each piece in its own small bag.
🚫 We are not able to accept items in paper, plastic, cardboard, moving, or storage bags — and we do not accept items on hangers.

Things to Know Before You Arrive

- A valid ID is required every time you drop off items.
- You must be 18 or older with a permanent physical address.
- A valid email and text-enabled phone number are also required.
📱 Text Notification
- When your buy is complete, we’ll text you.
- The text comes from an out-of-state area code.
- It will not include your offer and cannot accept replies.
- Please return to the store within 24 hours to receive your offer and collect any items we were not able to purchase.
📦 Item Limits
To serve everyone fairly, each household may have one buy in the queue at a time.
Each drop-off may include one of the following:

👜 Luxury Items
We accept select luxury items and may pay out up to 50% of our selling price. Luxury pieces are authenticated through a trusted third-party service, and fees may apply. Please call the store for details before bringing in luxury pieces.
🚫 Items We Do Not Accept
We do not accept: children’s, men’s, juniors, maternity, bridal, business suits, swimsuits, watches, or items on hangers.
Bras and underwear are accepted only if new with tags. Used athletic bras are accepted.

❓ Do I need an appointment?
No. You can drop off items anytime during our normal business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM.
❓ Do you accept men’s clothing?
No. We only purchase women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, and costume jewelry.
❓ Do you buy bridesmaid dresses or wedding gowns?
No. We do not purchase bridesmaid dresses, bridal gowns, or wedding dresses.
❓ How much will I get paid for my items?
